Beta path

From account to first calendar action

Calendaria starts with a lightweight account surface and turns natural-language requests from web chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, or OAuth-capable MCP clients into Google Calendar reads and confirmed writes.

  • 1Open the dashboard and sign in with an email magic link.
  • 2Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, including more than one account if needed.
  • 3Open web chat from the dashboard when the trial or subscription is active.
  • 4Link Telegram or WhatsApp when you want everyday calendar requests in a mobile chat app.
  • 5Create booking links or group invite links when you want other people to schedule or join.
  • 6Connect an MCP-capable AI client when you want an agent to use Calendaria calendar tools.

What Calendaria does today

Reads

Ask what is on your calendar

Requests like what do I have tomorrow? run immediately because they do not change your calendar.

Writes

Create, move, and delete events

Calendaria prepares a summary and waits for confirmation before making real calendar changes.

Availability

Find free time

Calendaria can search connected calendars for open slots and disclose attendee availability it could not verify.

RSVP

Respond to invitations

Accept, decline, or mark calendar invitations as tentative after reviewing the confirmation summary.

Safety

Resolve ambiguity first

If a request could match several events or conflicts with your schedule, Calendaria can ask for clarification or suggest alternatives.

Booking

Share a scheduling link

Booking links show computed free slots on a public page so guests can book without seeing your calendar details.

Invites

Count who is in

Group invite links create one fixed event and collect guest names on a public RSVP page.

Safety model

Read-only requests run immediately. Writes such as create, move, edit, RSVP, delete, booking-link creation, and group-invite creation require confirmation before Calendaria touches the real calendar.

Current support status

Calendaria currently supports Telegram, WhatsApp, dashboard web chat, and remote MCP for OAuth-capable AI agents. Calendaria supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook calendar connections, including a default account for new events. Apple Calendar, CalDAV, and broader provider federation remain roadmap items.
