Dashboard

The dashboard is the account surface for Calendaria. It is where you sign in, connect Google Calendar, open web chat, link Telegram or WhatsApp, and check the current state of your account.

Account surface

One place for setup state

The dashboard keeps login identity, Google connection state, web chat access, channel linking, and subscription status visible without mixing them together.

Once setup is complete, the same Calendaria user can use web chat in the dashboard or continue from Telegram.

Expected result

A fully set up user can use web chat in the dashboard or continue from Telegram.

What it handles today

  • Magic-link sign-in
  • Session state
  • Google Calendar connection
  • Web chat access
  • Telegram linking
  • WhatsApp linking
  • Account details such as signed-in email and timezone
  • Subscription status and monthly AI action usage when available

Account card

The account card shows the identity you used to sign in. This is separate from the connected Google account.

For example, you can sign in as alex@work.com and connect Google Calendar as alex.personal@gmail.com. Calendaria treats those as separate identities on the same user.

Web chat

When Google Calendar is connected and your trial or subscription is active, the dashboard shows Open chat. The web chat is an in-browser command surface for the same assistant and confirmation model.

Ready

Open from dashboard

Use Open chat after the calendar card shows Google Calendar connected.

Ephemeral

Start a focused chat

The web chat is designed for quick browser sessions and includes a new-chat control.

Confirmed writes

Same safety model

Calendar changes still use pending confirmations before Calendaria writes to Google Calendar.

Telegram card

Telegram is the first everyday command channel. The dashboard can help link your chat after /start sends you through the web sign-in flow.

Not linked

Open Telegram

Use @AICalendarBot and send /start to begin or refresh the link flow.

Linking

Return to dashboard

The signed chat-link token binds that Telegram chat to your authenticated Calendaria user.

Linked

Chat naturally

Once linked and connected to Google Calendar, you can use everyday calendar requests in Telegram too.

WhatsApp linking

WhatsApp linking connects your WhatsApp chat identity to the same Calendaria user you use in the dashboard. If you start from WhatsApp before linking, Calendaria can send a private sign-in link. After sign-in, the dashboard binds that WhatsApp chat identity to your account.

Same account

Your login email, Google accounts, Telegram chat, and WhatsApp chat stay separate identities on one Calendaria user.

Google Calendar card

The Google Calendar card shows whether Google Calendar is connected and lists connected Google accounts when available.

If multiple Google accounts are connected, the card shows which one is the default for new events and which accounts are included in availability checks. You can add another Google account, make an account the default, or disconnect an account.

Current provider

Google Calendar is the current calendar provider. Outlook, Apple Calendar, CalDAV, and multi-provider management remain roadmap items.

Subscription and usage

Calendaria Personal is $8/month after a 7-day trial. The account surfaces may show subscription status and monthly AI action usage, including the 300 AI actions included each month.

Future account surfaces

Preferences, deeper usage reporting, multi-provider management, Outlook, Apple Calendar, CalDAV, and proactive coach controls are roadmap or in-progress surfaces. Do not treat them as complete until they are visible in the app.
