Coach Roadmap

Calendaria is planned to become more than calendar CRUD. The coach engine is the proactive layer that watches your week and suggests better time hygiene.

Planned coach behaviors

  • Morning briefing: summarize the day and flag important conflicts.
  • Focus-time suggestion: propose blocks when the calendar has enough open time.
  • Proactive overload alert: warn before the week gets too fragmented or overloaded.
  • Weekly review: recap meetings, focus time, and suggestions for next week.

Current status

The coach is roadmap work. Do not expect proactive messages unless the product explicitly announces that a coach rule is live.

Reactive conflict warnings are already part of normal calendar writes: when you ask Calendaria to create or move an event into a busy slot, it can warn and suggest alternatives before you confirm. What remains roadmap here is proactive coaching, such as Calendaria noticing overload on its own and reaching out before you ask.

Voice and audio input is live in the current chat surfaces: dashboard web chat, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Alexa and other external voice assistant integrations remain future work.

Safety model

When coach suggestions eventually create or change calendar events, they should follow the same confirmation-before-mutate rule as user-initiated write commands.
