Which calendar providers does Calendaria support?

Calendaria supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook today. Apple Calendar, CalDAV, and deeper provider federation are roadmap items.

Can I connect more than one calendar account?

Yes. One Calendaria user can connect multiple calendar accounts. The dashboard lists connected accounts, lets one account be the default for new events, and can include connected accounts in availability checks.

Does Calendaria use my login email as my calendar account?

No. Your login email and connected calendar account are separate. You can sign in as one email and connect a different Google or Outlook account.

What Telegram commands should I know?

Use /start to sign in or link Telegram, /help to see examples, and /whoami to check which account this chat is connected to.

Why does Calendaria ask me to confirm writes?

Calendar changes are consequential. A wrong time, attendee, or event match can create real-world confusion. Calendaria lets reads run immediately, but writes require confirmation before touching your calendar.

What can I do from chat?

From web chat, Telegram, or WhatsApp, you can ask what is on your calendar, find free time, create events, move or edit events, delete events, respond to invitations, handle conflict warnings or alternative slots, create booking links, and create group invites.

Can I use voice or audio?

Yes. Dashboard web chat supports recording or uploading audio, Telegram supports voice notes and audio files, and WhatsApp supports audio messages. Calendaria transcribes the audio, then handles the transcript like a normal typed request.

Can I share a booking link?

Yes. Calendaria can create public booking links so guests choose from computed free slots without seeing calendar details. You can create, copy, and revoke links from the dashboard or ask from chat.

Can I invite a group and count who is in?

Yes. Group invites create one fixed event plus a public RSVP link. Guests join with their name and optional email. Calendaria can list guest names, show counters, and close entry when you are done accepting RSVPs.

Is WhatsApp supported?

Yes. WhatsApp is supported as an everyday chat channel. It uses the same assistant and confirmation model as Telegram: reads can run immediately, while writes require confirmation.

What is the proactive coach?

The proactive coach is planned behavior: morning briefings, focus-time suggestions, overload alerts, and weekly reviews. Reactive conflict warnings for create and move requests are already part of normal calendar writes.

How much does Calendaria cost?
