Booking Links
Booking links let someone book time with you without seeing your calendar. You create a link, share it, and the guest chooses one of the free slots Calendaria computes from your connected calendars.
Use them for 1:1 scheduling, office hours, intro calls, interviews, or any flow where the other person should pick from your availability.
Create a link
You can create a quick booking link from the dashboard or ask Calendaria from web chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, or an authorized MCP client.
create a booking link for 30-minute intro calls
The dashboard quick-create flow asks for a title, optional duration, and whether to add a Google Meet link. It uses practical defaults.
For more control, ask the assistant for the details you want:
create a booking link for 45-minute consultations on Mondays 9-12 and Thursdays 2-5, max 6 bookings
You can also give several availability windows in one message:
create a booking link with this availability: Thursday 8am-10am, 4pm-5pm, and 9pm-11pm; Tuesday 2pm-4pm
Calendaria can include:
| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Title | The event name guests book, such as Intro call. |
| Duration | How long each slot is. |
| Booking window | How many days ahead guests can book. |
| Hours or availability windows | The local times when guests may book. |
| Calendar target | Which connected account/calendar receives the booked event. |
| Video call | A Google Meet link or a custom call URL. |
| Booking cap | How many confirmed bookings the link accepts. |
Confirmation
Creating a public booking link from chat requires confirmation before the link goes live.
What guests see
A booking link opens on a public page at app.calendaria.co/b/....
Guests see the link title, your first name, available times, and a form. Times are shown in the guest's browser timezone. To book, the guest chooses a slot and enters their name and email. They can also leave an optional note, phone number, or call link.
After booking, Calendaria creates the event on your calendar and sends the guest a calendar invitation. If the event has a Meet link or custom call URL, the guest can see it after confirmation.
Availability and calendars
Calendaria only shows computed free slots. It never exposes event titles, attendees, calendar names, or calendar contents on the public page.
If you have multiple connected Google accounts, availability can check the connected accounts included in availability. The final event is written through the account/calendar bound to the link.
Calendaria re-checks the selected slot at booking time. If another event took the slot after the page loaded, the guest is sent back to choose a different time.
Manage links
The dashboard shows active booking links with copy and revoke controls. You can also ask Calendaria to list or revoke links from chat:
show my booking links
revoke the intro call booking link
Revoking a link stops new bookings immediately. Existing calendar events are not deleted.
Limits and safety
- Public pages use hard-to-guess slugs as the link credential.
- Public availability and booking requests are rate-limited.
- Booking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Expired, revoked, exhausted, and unknown links do not reveal calendar details.
- Confirmed bookings count toward the owner's monthly Calendaria usage.
Current scope
Booking links are for free-slot scheduling. For one fixed event where guests RSVP, use group invites.
