Troubleshooting

  • Check spam, promotions, and email filters.
  • Make sure the email address is typed correctly.
  • Request a fresh link; magic links are short-lived for safety.

Request a new link from the sign-in page or from the chat channel setup flow. Use the newest email, Telegram message, or WhatsApp message.

A calendar did not connect

  • Make sure you completed the provider consent screen.
  • Confirm that you granted calendar read/write permissions.
  • Return to the dashboard and check the calendar connections card.
  • If needed, connect the account again to refresh permissions.

I connected the wrong calendar account

Open the dashboard and either disconnect the account you do not want or add the account you intended to use. If multiple accounts are connected, make sure the right one is marked as the default for new events.

Chat requests do not work

  • If you are using Telegram or WhatsApp, confirm that the chat is linked to the same Calendaria user you use in the dashboard.
  • Confirm that a calendar is connected.
  • Try a simple read command such as what do I have tomorrow?.
  • If a request is ambiguous, rephrase with the event title, date, or time.

Audio did not work

  • Keep audio under 10 MB.
  • Keep calendar voice notes under 2 minutes when possible.
  • Use common audio formats from web chat, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
  • If Calendaria cannot understand the audio, record again in a quieter setting or type the request.
  • If the browser blocks microphone access, upload an audio file or type the request.
  • If you hit the audio attempt limit, wait a few minutes or type the request.

MCP agent connection does not work

  • Confirm the client is using https://api.calendaria.co/mcp.
  • Do not put a username, password, magic link, Google token, or dashboard cookie in Cursor's mcp.json.
  • Complete the Calendaria authorization page and magic-link sign-in flow from the MCP client.
  • If the client shows old or missing tools, disconnect and reconnect Calendaria so it refreshes tool descriptors and authorization tokens.
  • If Cursor still appears connected after removing the config, revoke the AI agent from the Calendaria dashboard and reconnect.

WhatsApp linking does not work

  • Use the newest private sign-in link from WhatsApp.
  • Confirm you signed in with the Calendaria account you want to link.
  • If the link expired, message Calendaria on WhatsApp again to request a fresh link.

Calendaria picked the wrong event

Do not confirm the action. Cancel or rephrase the command with more detail. Calendar writes are intentionally held behind confirmation so you can catch mistakes before they become real calendar changes.

I hit a usage limit

Calendaria should show a clear limit/reset message. Core calendar commands are not silently downgraded to a lower-quality model path.
