Troubleshooting
I did not receive the magic link
- Check spam, promotions, and email filters.
- Make sure the email address is typed correctly.
- Request a fresh link; magic links are short-lived for safety.
The magic link expired
Request a new link from the sign-in page or from the Telegram setup flow. Use the newest email or Telegram message.
Google Calendar did not connect
- Make sure you completed the Google consent screen.
- Confirm that you granted calendar read/write permissions.
- Return to the dashboard and check the Google Calendar card.
- If needed, connect the account again to refresh permissions.
I connected the wrong Google account
Open the dashboard and either disconnect the account you do not want or add the account you intended to use. If multiple accounts are connected, make sure the right one is marked as the default for new events.
Telegram commands do not work
- Confirm that Telegram is linked to the same Calendaria user you use in the dashboard.
- Confirm that Google Calendar is connected.
- Try a simple read command such as
what do I have tomorrow?. - If a request is ambiguous, rephrase with the event title, date, or time.
WhatsApp linking does not work
- Use the newest private sign-in link from WhatsApp.
- Confirm you signed in with the Calendaria account you want to link.
- If the link expired, message Calendaria on WhatsApp again to request a fresh link.
Calendaria picked the wrong event
Do not confirm the action. Cancel or rephrase the command with more detail. Calendar writes are intentionally held behind confirmation so you can catch mistakes before they become real calendar changes.
I hit a usage limit
Calendaria should show a clear limit/reset message. Core calendar commands are not silently downgraded to a lower-quality model path.
